Booth Registration Type *

The booth fee includes 10x10 booth space with 6-foot skirted table, two (2) chairs, and one (1) waste basket.

Booth Preferences

Please review the Exhibit Hall Floor Plan and indicate the order of your booth preference below. Priority for booth assignments will be based on the order that paid applications are received. We will do our best to assign your organization to one of your top three preferred booth spaces. Booth numbers 101, 102, 103, 129, 130, and 131 are considered prime spaces. Therefore, the cost for each of these spaces is $3,200.

Logistics Contact Information

The logistics contact will receive an email confirming exhibitor registration and will receive all future correspondence regarding booth logistics.


       

On-Site Point of Contact Information

The exhibit booth fee includes one (1) exhibitor pass for the on-site contact. The on-site contact will receive an Annual Conference registration confirmation email and all conference materials on-site. Please note that the on-site point of contact will be listed in the conference and exhibitor rosters, unless you specify otherwise.
